An attractive salmon colour with a vibrant yet fine persistent bead of mousse. This release of Rose offers wonderful balance, ripe fruit some perfume and restraint. A delicate floral perfume in the glass before offering pomegranate and cherries with a hint of summer fruits. Refreshing acidity and smooth bubbles make this particularly food-friendly. Delicate yeasty tones, layered with red berry fruit fills the palate with complexity. Great vibrant mouth-feel with a creamy texture and layered intriguing lingering finish.
